A 50% DEPOSIT IS DUE TO BONNEVILLE EQUIPMENT UPFRONT ON ALL ESTIMATES $2,000 AND OVER.

All repairs will be clearly itemized in a final Repair Order. If the repair involves an insurance claim, the customer will authorize the insurer to pay directly to Bonneville Equipment for any portions of the repair that are covered by the insurer’s policy.

Any amounts not covered by insurance or warranty will be the customer's responsibility. The remaining balance is due in full immediately upon completion of repairs, and before the equipment can be picked up from the Service Department.

Acceptable methods of payment include cash, cashier's checks, money orders, and credit cards. Personal checks will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes levied on the transaction as described in this estimate. No tax exemptions will be recognized unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.

By accepting the terms of this estimate, Bonneville Equipment will perform the services as described in this document. Any additional work not covered in this estimate will incur additional charges.

Bonneville Equipment will strive to complete the services according to the schedule provided in this estimate. However, the completion date is not guaranteed and may change without notice, depending on the availability of the necessary components for the repairs.

Flat-rate hours may not reflect the actual time spent on repairs.

Any changes requested by the client to equipment, specifications, schedule, or other aspects of the services described in this estimate are not binding unless accepted by Bonneville Equipment in writing. Any changes requested may incur additional charges, which the client agrees to pay upon request and approval.

The estimate is not guaranteed. The price listed in this estimate approximates the repairs based on the information provided by the customer and Bonneville Equipment’s initial assessment of the scope of work. As the repair process progresses, additional issues may be discovered, and the actual costs may change. Bonneville Equipment will inform the client of any cost changes in advance and seek the client’s approval before proceeding with additional repairs.

The estimates are valid for 30 days. Material or labor costs may change after that period.

Any warranties related to the products sold are those provided by the manufacturer. Bonneville Equipment explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Additionally, Bonneville Equipment does not assume, nor authorize any other person to assume on its behalf, any liability in connection with the sale of these products.
