As COVID-19 continues to impact people and organizations around our community, and the world, our top priority remains the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, and communities. As such, as of 3/30/2020 Bonneville Equipment has decided to institute a curbside pick up and drop off for Parts and Service. We will not be allowing customers to enter our buildings at this time. If you need to order parts or schedule or a drop off or pick up a machine from our Service Department, please call in advance so that we can ensure everything is prepared and ready to go by the time you arrive at the store location.

Bonneville Equipment Company is committed to continuing to provide the best possible support, service, and customer satisfaction for our clients during this time. As stated by the CDC, prevention is the best method to curbing this pandemic, and we support that. Bonneville Equipment has taken steps and implemented systems to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of service for our customers. Within our stores, Bonneville Equipment has taken action to follow the recommended precautions suggested by the CDC by making hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap, and disinfecting wipes available to all of our employees. We have also instituted enhanced cleaning protocols for all of the common areas of our stores.
At this time, we will be open for business during our regular business hours. In order to follow the guidelines of the CDC, and to try to maintain a healthy practice of social distancing, we will be conducting the majority of our sales and administration remotely – via phone and the internet.
